At Poke & Wiggle, we are obsessed with breaking and improving robot policies.

We operate the largest independent Franka FR3 Duo farm, helping teams building frontier world models and robot foundation models evaluate them in the real world, uncover the failure modes that matter, and close the loop with high-quality data.

It’s science. It’s engineering. It’s a fuck ton of operations. And sometimes, it’s art.

We also work with industrial companies to determine which models truly fit their applications - and turn co-created benchmarks into evidence-backed deployment decisions.

Why? Because Physical AI only matters when it gets deployed. Ultimately, physical reality is the only benchmark that counts.
